DID YOU KNOW....

Fast fashion contributes to millions of pounds of fabric and clothing ending up landfills each year. Many synthetic materials like polyester and nylon, can take years to decompose, releasing toxic chemicals into our water. By opting for natural fibers such as cotton and wool, we can significantly reduce this environmental and promote a more sustainable future. Making conscious choices in our clothing can make a difference for our planet.

Why am I informing you of this issue? Great question.

Welcome to my fabric art journey! In my own small way, I'm committed to reducing environmental impact by repurposing materials. I use fabric from clothing that no longer fits me, as well as treasures found in thrift shops. Old blankets serve as the perfect for my creations, showcasing that every little effort counts in making a difference. Together, we can contribute to a more sustainable future, one stitch a time.
